US domestic shipping

Packages ship via USPS First Class for a flat rate of $8 and usually take between 3-7 business days to arrive. You may upgrade shipping to USPS Priority for a flat rate of $14 and an estimated arrival of 2-3 days. Please keep in mind that shipping is taking longer worldwide due to COVID-19, and delays on the part of our carriers are unfortunately out of our control. A shipment notification with tracking information will be automatically emailed to you when your order is shipped. When a free shipping promotion is running, the discount applies only to USPS First Class within the United States.

International shipping

Packages ship via USPS First Class International for a flat rate of $18. Shipping time varies depending on country and processing in customs. A shipment notification with tracking information will be automatically emailed to you when your order is shipped. The buyer is responsible for all import taxes and fees.

Returns

Non-customized physical products may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase in original, unused condition. Buyer pays return shipping. Custom items are nonrefundable. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please let us know! We value your satisfaction and will gladly discuss options for special circumstances.

Class Scheduling Policy

Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Due to necessary costs involved in preparing your seat in the class, cancellations within 24 hours of the start time and no-shows are nonrefundable. If your plans change please email or call us, and we will be happy to help.
